Online Payment Security
Yes. All online payments made on www.luna-outlet.com are processed through secure and encrypted payment channels. LUNA does not store complete debit or credit card details on its servers. Payment transactions are handled through trusted third-party payment service providers using industry-standard security measures.
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure secure transactions, LUNA shall not be responsible for payment failures, interruptions, or technical issues caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or network service providers.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected orders within Pakistan.
COD Process

The order is placed using the Cash on Delivery payment option.

A confirmation call or message may be made before dispatch.

If the customer is unreachable, order processing may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled at LUNA’s discretion.

COD Charges

Standard delivery charge: PKR 250 per order

Any additional COD convenience charge, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.
LUNA reserves the right to restrict or withdraw COD eligibility for certain locations, order values, or customers with repeated failed deliveries or refused parcels.
If COD Is Not Available
If Cash on Delivery is unavailable for a particular order or location, the customer may be offered an alternative payment method, including Bank Transfer within Pakistan and JAZZ CASH, subject to confirmation by LUNA.
Orders paid by bank transfer will only be processed after payment verification.
Pricing and Charges
LUNA maintains transparent pricing.

There are no hidden charges.

The customer is required to pay only the amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable delivery or COD charges.
Any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or payment processing charges imposed by the customer’s bank or card provider shall remain the customer’s responsibility.
Payment Failure
If an online payment fails:

Please retry using correct payment details and a stable internet connection.

In case an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the reversal or refund will be subject to the policies and timelines of the relevant bank or payment service provider.

Refund processing, where applicable, may take up to 7 business days or longer depending on the payment channel.

Unrecognized Transactions
If a customer notices a transaction that is not recognized:

Please first verify whether the payment was made by an authorized family member, colleague, or another person with access to the payment method.

If the transaction appears unauthorized, the matter should be reported to the card issuer or bank immediately.

Any concern related to an order placed on LUNA should be reported as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the transaction date.
LUNA reserves the right to request supporting information before reviewing any disputed transaction.

LUNA reserves the right to:

refuse or cancel any order flagged as suspicious or high-risk,

request additional verification before processing payment or dispatch, and
-
modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
